ABOUT THE NIGHT
Our biggest fundraiser of the year lands on the last Saturday in January, as it has for more than three decades.
Pit beef, turkey, oysters, a full buffet dinner, beer, wine, desserts, a live band, raffles, a silent auction, money wheels, and a dance floor that does not empty until we turn the lights on!
If you have been before, you know. If you have not, this is the one to start with. Grab a table, bring your people, and come hungry. All are welcome.
Tickets, sponsorships, and this year's lineup will be announced in the fall. Sign up below and we will make sure you hear first.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
❋ PIT BEEF, TURKEY, AND OYSTERS
Come hungry. The spread is strong: pit beef, turkey, oysters, and a full buffet dinner, with beer, wine, and desserts included.
Final menu details will be announced closer to the event.
❋ LIVE MUSIC AND DANCING
This year's band is still to be announced, but last year we had Kristen and the Noise and they kept the dance floor packed!
Whoever takes the stage in 2027, you can expect the same!
❋ SILENT AUCTION
Our silent auction has become one of the best parts of the evening, with memorabilia, gift baskets, gift certificates, and one-of-a-kind experiences up for grabs.
In 2026 we moved bidding online so guests could bid from their table, or from home.
❋ 50/50 RAFFLE AND MONEY WHEELS
Spin the wheel, take a chance on the 50/50, and try your luck all evening.
Live raffles are drawn the night of the event, and winners do not need to be present.
❋ GRAB A TABLE, BRING YOUR PEOPLE
Tables are the way most people do the Bull Roast. Round up your family, your friends, your coworkers, or your whole parish and claim one.
Table and ticket details will be posted in the fall.
❋ A NIGHT THAT FUNDS A SCHOOL YEAR
Every seat filled, every bid placed, and every raffle ticket sold goes toward tuition for a Baltimore student.
This is the room where a year of scholarships gets funded. It just happens to be a very good time.
where your ticket goes
Since 1991, GB Charities has put more than $5 million toward tuition and supported over 1,300 students.
Right now we're sponsoring well over 100 students, first grade through high school, at accredited faith-based schools across Baltimore.
These are hard-working families whose children are ready to thrive at a great school, and tuition is often the only thing standing between them and that classroom.
Every ticket sold helps close that gap for another student.
sponsorships
Sponsorships aren't just for companies.
Families, groups of friends, and individuals sponsor with us every year, and it's one of the most direct ways to fund a scholarship.
Sponsors gain visibility in front of a room full of Baltimore business owners and community leaders, plus a real connection to the students you're supporting.
see you at THE FAIRGROUNDS
We'd love to have you join us!
Grab your tickets, round up your people, and we'll see you at Exhibition Hall on January 30th! Thank you for supporting our scholars.

As always, enjoy an evening filled with great food, live music, raffles, and good company. Dance the night away, savor pit beef, turkey, oysters, and a full buffet dinner complete with beer, wine, and desserts.
